Personalized Attention

eVERY SKATER IS DIFFERENT. YOUR TRAINING SHOULD BE TOO.

Our Services

One-to-one

TRAINING SESSION

Personalized instruction. Private experience. Maximum development: These sessions are designed around the individual - not a one-size-fits-all approach. Designed for skaters of all ages and levels. Whether the goal is to improve stride length, foot speed and quickness, agility, or flow - instruction is tailored to the specific needs of the individual skater, with focused feedback and meaninfgul opportunities to develop.

One to One Training Sessions are often requested by players that require attention to a specific area of their skating. The session plans are specific to the needs of the player and the amount of time available.

Small Group

TRAINING SESSION

Personalized instruction. Shared experience. Maximum development: Bring together a small group of teammates for focused, individualized skating instuction without the cost of private lessons. Our 1:4 instructor-to-skater ratio ensures every skater receives meaningful instruction and feedback, while groups are limited to a maximum of 8 skaters to create an engaging, highly focused training environment.

Less means more. Most of our training is provided in small group settings - we provide one instructor for every four players (1:4). We allow for a maximum of 8 players on the ice at any given time.

Skating Assessment

SKATING REVIEW

A closer look at your skating, with clear direction for improvement: We provide detailed skating assessments through in-person or video analysis. Subject to availability, a member of our team can attend a game or practice, to assess a skater’s movement, technique, and efficiency in a live setting. Alternatively, clients can submit game footage for detailed analysis. Each assessment includes a report outlining key observations, areas for improvement and tailored recommendations to help guide the skater’s development.

Technique is the science. Teaching the individual is the art.

Our Philosophy

We don't simply teach players how to skate. We teach each player how to become a better skater.

Three Principles

  1. Teach the Skater, Not the Drill: Every skater moves, learns, responds, and develops differently. Great instruction begins by understanding the individual - not simply delivering the same program to everyone. The individual remains the unit of development.

  2. The Science + The Art of Skating: There is a science to high performance skating: biomechanics, edges, balance, efficiency, power, and repetition. There is also an art: seeing the skater, understanding how they learn, knowing when to correct, when to challenge, and how to bring out their best.

  3. Quality over Quantity: Small groups. Individual attention. Purposeful repetition. We believe development happens when skaters receive the instruction, feedback, and time they need - not when they disappear into a crowd.

Function Follows Form

Every skater is unique. Our instruction is designed around the individual.

Whether working one-to-one or in a small group, we take the time to understand each skater - their goals, their strengths, and the areas where they can improve. By building a relationship with the skater, we can tailor our instruction to what they need and how they learn best.

Our approach begins with form. We believe that when technique is sound and movement becomes efficient, flow, power, and speed follow naturally. Rather than simply telling skaters what to do, we teach them how to move - and, just as importantly, why the movement works.

What we do is different.
