One To One

training sessions

One to One Training Sessions are often requested by players that require attention to a specific area of their skating (e.g. acceleration, foot speed, stride length, flow). The session plans are specific to the needs of the player and the amount of time available.

Small Group

training sessions

Less means more. Most of our training is provided in small group settings ---  we provide one instructor for every four players (1:4). We allow for a maximum of 12 players on the ice at any given time.

Skating Consultation

SKATING review

We welcome opportunities to review a player’s skating performance. Depending on the resources available, we can travel to the player’s location and observe them during a practice or game. Alternatively, the client can send us isolated video footage of the player during multiple games and we will assess their skating and provide a report with detailed feedback and recommendations.
